  • Will I receive tracking information on my order
    I only offer tracking if you opt for it by adding an additional cost through the United States Postal Office when placing order.
  • Do you combine shipping for multiple items?
    Yes. Shipping is combined if Items are ordered together.
  • Can I customize the colors of the items in my order?
    Yes. Most items have a color customization in the description. If you need further customization, please email me prior to placing the order. Most color customizations are at no additional charge. If specifications for yarn texture or colors that are not listed is requested, there will be an addition charge for the materials.
  • Can I order large quantities of the same item?
    Yes. I will be happy to make large quantities of items. Please allow additional time for production of the items.
  • Why do my items look different?
    Due to the nature of handmade items, no two items will be exactly the same. This adds to the uniqueness of the items.
